Blurry X-rays captured using your SOPRO X-ray sensor can result from several factors. Ensure that the sensor is properly positioned and held steady during the capture process. Verify that the sensor has not been damaged or moved during the capture. Make sure that the SOPRO Imaging software settings match the sensor specifications and that it is correctly calibrated. Additionally, inadequate exposure settings or movement by the patient can also lead to blurry images. Reviewing these aspects can help improve image clarity. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to SOPRO support for further assistance.

I use SOPRO Imaging but sometimes the program fails and the following is displayed on the screen "SOPRO imaging main program has stopped working". Can someone point what the problem is?

This is the most common crash error encountered by applications. There could be an infinite number of causes for the error, from memory access to file corruption, viruses, registry, corrupted hard drive, etc.

The first thing to do is to attempt a possible repair. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program. Click Remove, but choose Repair instead. After this procedure, reboot the PC and launch the software. If the error persists, apply updates to software. You can check for updates using Help > Check for updates.
